Priced deliberately below $15,000 a year — the federal micro-purchase threshold, and under most state and local limits for competitive procurement. In most places this buys on a manager's or clerk's signature, with no RFP.

Paying by purchase order
Most of our customers cannot put this on a card, and the process is built around that.
Purchase order
Email a PO to orders@REPLACE-WITH-DOMAIN. We invoice net-30 and accept ACH or cheque. Service starts on receipt of the PO.
Card
Use the button on your plan. Two minutes, receipt by email.
Quote first
Ask for a pro-forma invoice and nothing starts until you approve it. We send a W-9, a certificate of insurance and the agreement with every quote.
Terms, before you have to ask
| Contract length | Twelve months. Renews only on your written confirmation or a new PO. Nothing renews silently. |

| Non-appropriation | If your governing body does not fund a further term, you may end the agreement at term with no penalty. |
| Cancellation | Thirty days' notice. Unused months refunded. |
| Liability | Capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. |
| Your documents | Used only to repair them and keep your record. Never sold, shared, or used to train anything. Deleted on written request. |
| Archive clean-up | Old documents already on your site: $1.50 a page, quoted before we start, one time. |
